Break-ups, moves, job transitions, and all kinds of losses
(relationships, health, financial) can leave us feeling lost, empty, or purposeless. But
it doesn't have to be that way. We can strengthen our inner foundation and grow into
a space that allows us to face these transitions with more grace and ease. Having
support along the way can be a vital key to shifting these transitions from a struggle
to an exciting journey.
After all, the most important thing for all of us
is having a good quality of life. If something can elevate that for
us, what could be more important than that?
Many of us are looking for deeper connections and
relationships - romantic or otherwise. Too many people struggle with finding close,
satisfying connections -- and the loneliness can feel unbearable at times.
It can also feel hard to put ourselves out there. We all have
fears and insecurities, and we all want to be loved and accepted for who we are. But the
truth is – we can’t develop intimacy with
friends or romantic partners, without loving ourselves or being
vulnerable. But our fears can hold us back from what is most meaningful to
us.

These fears can make us act aloof, say 'no' to things
we really want to say 'yes' to, try to be what we think others want, or mask our
own opinions so that we – our deepest selves – become
invisible.
But this is not a game. It is our life! We might

Identifying your Blocks and
Limiting Narratives:
Together we will explore and identify limiting narratives that
are holding you back. I will help you let go of the clutter in your mind and move into a
space of stillness. I will ask probing questions and listen compassionately. We will
bring awareness to the conscious and unconscious messages you are sending yourself
through your inner critic and negative self-talk.
Challenging the Veracity of
your Limiting Thoughts & Countering:
We will challenge those messages and determine what is true
and what is not true. We will counter the naysayers and create affirmations that
acknowledge your strengths and potential.
Equipping you with a Toolkit
to Face Life's Challenges:
We will explore a variety of tools and find the practices that
resonate with you best. We will make a habit of looking inside yourself to identify your
needs on a regular basis. This will help you remain present and calm so that you can
respond thoughtfully and intentionally in challenging situations. You may record Guided
Meditations and Neuroplasticity Meditations created specifically for you during our
sessions.
Building Calm and Acceptance
into your Nervous System:
Through affirmations, visualizations, meditations, and simple
hypnosis we will strengthen and habituate the supportive signals your Nervous System
sends to calm your heart rate, relax your muscles, and balance your chemistry. Each
repetition of these practices will serve to strengthen the Neuropathways that support
your growth and healing. By learning how to listen to your triggers and respond by
stilling your mind, you will be able to better access the wisdom that is always
within you.
Creating a Step-by-Step Plan
& Accountability to Reach Your
Goals:
I will document each session, providing you with notes and
concrete next-steps toward reaching your goals. We will determine how
and where to fit practices into your life so that it is
both convenient and inspiring. And I will be there for you
to support you throughout your journey. (I can provide a custom level of support
in between sessions based on your needs!)
